Application Guide for Studying

at Taiyuan University of Science and Technology

(for the year 2024)

步骤一： 从专业列表中找到要申请的专业（见附件1）。

Step 1  Applicants find the major of their choices in List of Majors (See Appendix I ).

步骤二： 申请攻读硕士及博士学位的国际学生，请查阅《申请文件列表》（见附件2），并将所需文件发送至国际教育学院联系邮箱，地址及联系人如下: 2003009@tyust.edu.cn，杜震斗

Step 2 Applicants for master’s or doctoral degree shall check List of Required Documents for Application (See Appendix II), and mail to International Education School the required documents, E-mail and contact listed as the following: 2003009@tyust.edu.cn, Mr. Du Zhendou

步骤三：国际教育学院对申请人资格审查后，由培养学院及导师审核申请人学术背景，确定面试名单，后由国际教育学院通知申请人分批参加招生面试。

Step 3  After International Education School reviews the applicants’ qualifications, the host schools and the supervisors will review the applicants’ academic background, and select qualified applicants for interviews. International Education School will contact the applicants to take part in the interviews arranged in different batches.  

步骤四： 申请人通过面试后，国际教育学院发送邀请函至申请人邮箱。

Step 4  If an applicant passes the interview, International Education School will send the Invitation Letter through E-mail.  

步骤五： 国际教育学院确定申请人入境资格，发送拟录取通知至申请人邮箱。

Step 5  After International Education School checks the applicants’ entry qualifications, Pre-admission Notice will be sent through e-mail to qualified applicants.

步骤六： 国际教育学院完成入境许可审批程序，发放JW202表和录取通知书。

Step 6  After International Education School completes the procedures of the entry application, the qualified applicants will receive the JW202 form and the formal Admission Notice.
